Terms and Conditions
- Entrance tickets to museums, churches and exhibitions are not included in the prices
- If not otherwise stated, prices are for a maximum of 10 people, for groups with more people ask for prices
- Museums and churches close in different days during the week, therefore you’ll be advised of the availability of the visit at time of booking
- On demand all tours can be done with private car and driver with additional costs
- We are not responsible for strikes, staff meetings in public museums, closing of museums and churches due to local festivities or whatever can stop doing the requested tour. If this occurs we’ll suggest a different choice.
- At time of booking credit card number is requested as guarantee, without extra fee and 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation policy:
- no penalty up to 7 days before the day of the tour
- 50% of the total price up to 6 to 3 days before the date of the tour
- 100% of the total price up to 48 hours
- The Court of Florence has the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above
